Centrica publishes its 2011 Corporate Responsibility Performance Review, revealing progress made against the company's corporate responsibility (CR) objectives
Centrica has today published its 2011 Corporate Responsibility Performance Review, revealing progress made against the company’s corporate responsibility (CR) objectives.
The key themes of customer fairness, low carbon, energy security and people and safety form the basis for the 2011 CR Performance Review.
Centrica has changed the way it reports in 2011 in response to feedback from stakeholders. 2011 performance is primarily reported through a strategic CR Performance Review – setting out the key challenges and opportunities faced in 2011 and the progress the company is making. To complement the 2011 CR Performance Review, strategic updates on material issues and responsible business practices will be provided throughout the year on the Centrica website at www.centrica.com/responsibility – enabling Centrica to keep its stakeholders up to date on progress throughout 2012.
Performance indicators are reported through the data centre at http://www.centrica.com/datacentre. Both financial and non-financial data for 2011 is now live.
