Publication of Base Prospectus

The following base prospectus (the Base Prospectus) has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of the annual update of Centrica plc’s Euro Medium Term Note Programme and is available for viewing.

Centrica plc U.S.$10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, dated 30 May 2019.

A copy of the Base Prospectus has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
