Centrica sells Io-Tahoe

Centrica plc has sold Io-Tahoe, an AI-driven data management business, to Hitachi Vantara LLC, a subsidiary of Hitachi Global, for an undisclosed sum.

The transaction is consistent with Centrica’s strategy to become a simpler and leaner Group focused on delivering for its customers.
